My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were amazing, clean, and comfortable, but I found they were missing the lock handle for the bathroom. Despite this small inconvenience, the extra cleanliness really stood out. The tired aesthetic of the room was a bit of a downside, but overall, it was a great experience.

While some staff members were not knowledgeable about the property, others, like the gentleman at the front desk, were incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me. They even accommodated an extra child with a cot in the room. I would rate the service as friendly and efficient overall.
